Founder
Mariana Sahagún
Born in Mexico, and raised in a musical family. Finished my degree in Film and Video. Artistic events production coordinator, with more than 10 years of international experience.
Art and culture are my passion and my experience in various productions worldwide let me offer a global vision and innovative cultural project management.
My sister and I decided to create Seamelodies to be able to help and coach all those musicians needing guidance to get into the cruise business.

Talent Manager
Yuritzi Roldán
I was born in La Perla Tapatia and grew up in a family of musicians, with both my parents and sisters being talented musicians themselves.
I have been working in the music industry for over 20 years, and during that time, I have had the pleasure of performing at various piano bars, entertaining diverse audiences with my music. In addition to my experience as a performer, I have also successfully managed different bands during my time on cruise lines for over a decade. This has given me valuable insights into what it takes for a musician to excel in this particular industry.
Using my expertise, I am now in the process of recruiting talented musicians who would be the perfect fit for each of the cruise lines we work with.
Communications and Marketing consultant
Nadia Roldán
With over 20 years of experience as a seasoned designer, I've refined my expertise in communication campaigns, web design, and branding, serving a wide range of clients across Mexico, the US, and Canada.
My background spans various sectors including aerospace, forestry, renewable energy, finance, and most recently, in the tech industry. This diversity has expanded my skills in branding, UI design, and digital marketing.
Now, stepping into the role of Communications and Marketing Consultant with the Sea Melodies team, I'm thrilled to assist musicians in navigating the job market. My goal is to offer tailored solutions that enhance their online presence, ensuring they receive the recognition and opportunities they deserve.
Dance Coordinator
Ginni Beriozka Gualdrón
From Mérida, Venezuela, I began my dance studies at 7, mastering ballet, jazz, contemporary and show business. At 20, I became a professional dancer, working globally and rising to Dance Captain. My experiences gave me insight into creating new opportunities for artists onshore and on cruise ships. As an artist, I am dedicated to providing effective guidance and tools. Our responsibility is to oversee the process of selecting artists, dancers, acrobats, and other performing artists for a specific project. We arrange auditions and casting calls, evaluate and choose resumes and demos, and help create artistic teams that can successfully and harmoniously execute the project's creative vision.

My main goal is to provide clear and timely financial advice while ensuring that all applicable regulations are met. I take pride in my work and strive to exceed expectations with each client I work with."
